I am enjoying working on the hospitality/tourism field, and my past work experiences are surely well related.

I am happy to help users, especially the one that are not very familiar with computer, to get to know better internet as a tool to use on the daily basis,

 


Passion and willing to improve

Where there’s a will, there’s a way: “Me too, I want to do something that I like….” These were my words when in in 2005 I enrolled into a course of eBusiness in Melbourne Australia. I was the one with less writing and spoken English capabilities but my passion for the subjects made me improve so quickly to fulfil the gap with the other students. Passion and willing to improve are the words that are the ones that keep me willing to improve my knowledge on the web, meet people and share with them opinions. In 2008 I got back to Italy and kept on studying to strength my weaknesses especially on html, css and seo techniques. After a period of 6 months working on the field, I have further understood that practising is the best way to get more confident on your skills as well as helping you to understand your limits. and work to improve them.

  • getting to know their audience
  • anticipate customer needs
  • deliver better quality service
